CHATBOTS are a clear product of Technology under the Artificial Intelligence (AI) domain. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a simulation and mimicking human intelligence and actions like how we interact with one another.

The development and rise of chatbots paved way to different speculations and thinking if we are going to be replaced by robot or are, we really being hype. Today, we see a lot of companies and organizations are spending huge amount of money to create business applications where chatbot with high level of learning capabilities can now communicate with human.

Through the development and improvement in technology, there are different platforms that are being improve because of the increasing sophistication of AI which makes chatbots more robust and now suitable for a broader range of applications.

Improvements in Natural Language Understanding is highly necessary towards a very smooth-based conversations instead of a single intent and responses. Improvements in Natural Language Understanding require more time, in-depth research and studies and of course, investment.

Machine Learning on the other hand is an application of Artificial Intelligence. This is an algorithm or science of getting machine to learn and to improve its performance by continuously incorporating new data into an existing model.

The development of self-driving cars, speech recognition, image recognition, well versed web search engine, and understanding of human genome are a product of a Machine Learning.
