Is Former President Corazon Aquino's Term Unconstitutional?

President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos was the last President of the Third Republic when he declared Martial Law in 1972, while the 1973 Constitution suspended the 1935 Constitution, he formally proclaims the "New Republic" - The Fourth - in 1981. Marcos became the first President of the Fourth Republic and the 10th President of the Philippines. He stayed in the Office for 20 years - the longest serving President of the Philippines.

Reading the 1987 Constitution

Article VII -  Executive Department

Section 8. In case of death, permanent disability, removal from office, or resignation of the President, the Vice President shall become the President to serve the unexpired term.....

When Marcos was removed from the Office of the President, he immediately replaced by Corazon Aquino...

The Question is WHO IS THE VICE PRESIDENT during MARCOS PRESIDENCY?

Yan ang malaking tanong kung kaya kinikuwestyon ang pagkaka proklama sa kanya bilang Presidente.

Sino si Arturo Tolentino?
