1. The jurisdiction of the Court shall be limited to the most serious crimes of concern to the international community as a whole. The Court has jurisdiction in accordance with this Statute with respect to the following crimes:

a) Crime of Genocide - Pasok na pasok ito ng ipinatupad nila ang MASS VACCINATION to 800,000 children. 1) killing members of the group of children, 2) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group. 3) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; etc.

b) Crime Against Humanity - Pasok din sa banga ang krimen na ito dahil sa ulat noon, mataas ang impunity index ng Pilipinas. Ibig sabihin, maraming krimen ang hindi nasosolusyunan dahil walang kriminal na napaparusahan. Patuloy ang mga rapist, murderer,etc sa kanilang mga ginagawa dahil confident sila na hindi sila mapaparusahan.

c) War Crimes - Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health. Extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully and wantonly. Taking of hostages. Another requirements para makasuhan ang dating Pangulo.

d) Crimes Against Aggression.


Simple lang di ba ang sinasabi ng ROME STATUTE na kahit siguro hindi abogado ay maiintindihan kung anong ibig sabihin.

I therefore conclude that Former President PNOY, Dr. GARIN, Sec. ABAD and other high ranking officials involved in DENGVAXIA controversy should be HELD Responsible.

Isama na rin si Secretary Duque na matindi yung pagsasabing hindi Dengvaxia ang sanhi ng pagkamatay ng mga bata, pero di naman nila matukoy kung ano ang sanhi. Ano yan, manghuhula tayo ng sanhi.. Doktor ka pa naman pero bobo ka.
