DENGVAXIA: Was it the biggest Extra Judicial Killing(EJK) in Aquino's Administration?

On November 29, the Pharmaceutical Company - SANOFI,  had disclosed that an analysis was conducted for DENGVAXIA. Data found significant differences in vaccine performance based on whether or not the vaccine subject had prior dengue infection.


Sinasabi ng Sanofi, maraming mga datos ang nalaman sa pag-aaral kung saan magkakaroong ng mas malalang or mas maraming  DENGUE infection ang mga naturukan ng Dengvaxia sa pangalawang pagkakataon. Kung kaya't sinabi rin ng SANOFI na huwag ng gamitin ang Dengvaxia sa mga pasyenteng nagka-dengue sa unang pagkakataon. Sa ulat ng World Health Organization, tinatayang nasa 400 million infections  taon-taon ang nagkaka-dengue.

Sa Pilipinas, umaabot sa 100,000 (average annual), ang tinatamaan ng Dengue. From January to October this year, there are more than 108, 263 people ang tinamaan ng Dengue.




This belated findings is if no small consequence in the Philippines, sapakat ginamit na ang bakuna noong panahon ni Health Secretary Janette Garin (SY: 2015 - 2016), covering hundreds of thousands of Public School Pupils Nine Years and Older enrolled in Grade IV, and administered in Three Six-Month interval doses up to June 2016.

Sinabi ni Dr. Susan Pineda-Mercado sa isang post sa Facebook (Former DOH undersecretary and Chief of Staff and International Public Health expert and Communication Strategist), Ito ang pinakamalaking government-funded clinical trial masked as a public health program scam of an experimental drug in the history of the DOH.  Naobserbahan din ni Dr. Mercado na ang Vaccine ay nagkakahalaga ng higit ng higit 3 Million pesos. 
OPINION

Samakatwid, ang pag-approved sa isang gamot na katulad ng Dengvaxia kahit na walang approval ang World Health Organization ay masasabi nating isang uri ng GENOCIDE.

Ano ba ang Genocide, ayon sa WIKIPEDIA, ito ay ang intentional na action ng pagpatay sa mga tao. At kahit wala pang formal na approval ang WHO hinggil sa paggamit nito, inaprobahan ito ng Gobyerno at ginastusan ng malaking halaga.

I therefore conclude that it is a form of an EXTRA JUDICIAL KILLING.
