We are now into a Digital Technology. The Development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are killing the Human tasks by automating almost everything using Big Data. Sooner or Later, especially those working in a BPO Company will be replaced by a ROBOT. Everyone is encouraged to innovate themselves and prepare for this rapid change by acquiring a new set of skills or venturing into a business.

This change in Technology is affecting a lot of things and the world we live in was highly affected. It is a life-changing situation that we must be ready.

Consumer’s buying behaviour is changing, thus some merchants are shifting to a Modern Business Model. 

 Online Selling or Online Store has started to grow abroad and now the Philippines has started to adopt this new Business Platform. 

 Unilever, for instance, is now introducing the Unilever Foundry or the O2O E-Commerce Platform before the end of 2017. 

 Drop-Shipper Business is also in the Country. Lazada is on Affiliate Business Model. OLX is also driving Digital by boosting their current marketing strategy.

 TV Channels such as ABS-CBN is now going digital through their iwantv.com.ph platform. Iflix, Netflix, Hooq and Viu are a product of Digital Technology. 

 If you are not realizing this changes, your skills will become obsolete and therefore, mapag-iiwanan ka teknolohiya. That is why I' am pushing this Seminar-Workshop to educate the people and help them prepare sa mga darating pang pagbabago.

This change in Technology has contributed a significant effect in the workplace. Heavy traffic is giving much pain to working commuters. At this very moment, it is hard now to define the so-called, “Work-Life Balance” as there is more time were spent in the office, rather than with the family or home. To this effect, dumarami na ang mga online shopper dahil mas binibigyan na ng importansya ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaroon ng oras sa pamilya.

Isa sa mga solusyon na maaaring makasalba sa tinatawag na "Work-Life Balance" ay ang pagtatayo ng Home-based Business or ang tinatawag na Work-from-Home. Matatandaang isinusulong na ito sa Kongreso at may ibang kumpanya na rin ang gumagawa sa ganitong uri ng Business Platform. It's  just a matter of understanding how it works.
